The following rules apply to all contest entries and are subject to change, please read carefully!

1. Kit Con reserves the right to refuse or remove any entry at our discretion. No models depicting nudity, sexual activity, deviant behavior, etc. will be allowed.
2. Kit Con reserves the right to change a category in which a model has been entered.
3. Models may be moved or handled by STAFF as required for space management. We have no way of knowing how many entries there will be in a particular category, therefore the space allowed for a category my change.
4. No person other than STAFF is to touch a model for any reason. No exceptions.
5. Models will not be moved or handled for judging.
6. Kit Con is not responsible for loss or damage sustained to any models while in the contest. We cannot be responsible for the actions of attendees.
7. Kit Con reserves the right to photograph any/all entries and use the images on our various web entities and in marketing material without limitations or restrictions.
8. The contest room will be closed to the public from 11:30-12:30 so the judges can get started on their work without interruption.
9. Do not interact with, or crowd judges while they are working. Give them space to do their work.
10. Models are to remain on display until 4:00pm
11. If you enter a model in any category and it does not win, it can be entered again, in a suitable category in any subsequent year.
12. If you enter a model in any category and it does win, it may not be entered again, in any category, in a Kit Con model contest.
13. Contestants MUST have their entry form to pick up their models from the contest.
14. Contestants MUST be accompanied by a Staff member to pick up their kits. This is for the for the safety and protection of model entries.
